In partnership with Charlton Athletic Community Trust, we worked with a group of 7 young people, giving them training in painiting and decorating and then supporting them to complete two redecoration projects within our centre.
After an intensive period of training, the young people took it in turns to project manage, supervise health & safety and control the tools, materials and equipment. Between them, using paint kindly donated by Brewers, they successfully refurbished the Director's office and a classroom normally used by school groups.
