About us
Our mission is to provide high quality, construction training to organisations of all sizes and people of all ages and all abilities to support individuals to gain industry-recognised and required qualifications.
High success rate
We have successfully run many training programmes of various lengths, to a variety of target groups and in a variety of different construction skills. All our courses are developed specifically to meet the needs of each customer – we work with young people at school, school-leavers, the adult unemployed, employees, local, regional and national employers. We enjoy consistently high success rates on both accredited and unaccredited courses.
Functional skills
We are also accredited to deliver Functional Skills and work to make these skills accessible and relevant, especially in a construction environment.
Based in South London
We are based at Charlton and can help all sorts of people to gain skills in construction trades (including carpentry, painting & decorating, plastering, dry-ling, tiling, etc). We supplement the practical training with information and advice about working in the construction industry. The centre is accredited to run many different qualifications through City & Guilds, Construction Skills, CSCS etc.

We have a fully equipped training centre and a wealth of experience in both delivering and managing the training process.
