Upgrade Course
For learners who have successfully completed a City & Guilds level 1 Award in Construction Skills, this course adds a further trade (usually plastering) to your repertoire and converts that Award into a Level 1 Certificate.

Content varies according to the trade being added to your portfolio but, for example, the plastering unit covers:
- core health & safety
- hawk & trowel techniques
- filling
- rendering
- bonding
- multi-finish
- cutting / fixing beads
